Me and My Monkey starts off 2016 Music in the Plaza events

Fifty-six years after the emergence of the English rock band, the Beatles’ legacy still lives on. Many a student can be found with at least one Beatles’ song in their music library. Though watching them live is impossible, the Coppell Parks and Recreation has organized a different way to listen to live Beatles music.
The tribute band Me and My Monkey will headline the first Music in the Plaza event of 2016, held at Town Center Plaza this Saturday, March 12. From 7 to 9 p.m., the City welcomes residents of all agents to bring picnic blankets, chairs and themselves for a night of the fab four’s greatest hits.
Complimentary popcorn will be provided by Coppell Parks and Recreation. Town Center Plaza is located at 255 Parkway Boulevard in Coppell.
