by Divya Kumar News Editor Tonight only, moviegoers have the ability to travel down the yellow brick road once again as the Wizard of Oz will be shown in theaters across the nation in honor of its 70th Anniversary Encore event. Often times, during anniversary events for major motion pictures, large actions are taken, such as the remaking of the film in better quality or re-releasing it on DVD. Few films are as memorable as the Wizard of Oz, however, to be shown in theaters once again.
