By Andy Tabor Number one seed: Duke is the number one seed in this tournament and should be able to win the tournament if they do not run into the hot Maryland Terps.  Other than the Terps, Duke may not be able to be stopped on their way to a number one seed in the NCAA tournament. Bubble teams: Georgia Tech is really the only bubble team in the ACC currently.  If they can win against North Carolina and win their next round matchup then they should be locked for the ACC’s seventh team in the tourney.
