Students honor veterans day through KCBY
By Tanner McCord Staff Writer In honor of Veterans Day, which falls on Friday, a week from today, students will have the opportunity to record personal thank-you videos that will appear on KCBY. Those with friends or relatives who have fought in a war or are fighting in one can show their gratitude towards their loved ones. The deadline for the thank-you videos is November 7 – so students have to act quickly in order to show their thanks via video. New Tron Legacy trailer released with new music from Daft Punk
It was in 1982 when the first Tron came out. Now, in 2010, Disney Studios will release it’s sequel to the movie; Tron Legacy. The movie includes actors such as Jeff Bridges, who recently won an Oscar for his performance in Crazy Heart, alongside Garrett Hedlund (Four Brothers, Troy), Olivia Wilde (House), Michael Sheen (Underworld movies) and many others.
