Tiger Mother stirs controversy

A controversial new book, “Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother” outlines the exact lengths that some East Asian parents will go in order to make their children the best at everything they try. The author of the book, Amy Chua, chronicles her experience of raising her two daughters. According to CNN, Chua faced criticism because of the extreme methods that she used.
