Cowboys lose heartbreaker to Central, 43-41

Senior point guard Warren Oishi paced the Cowboys with 15 points, Austin Mankin added 9 points on three three-pointers in the first half, but the Cowboys were held to 14 points over the last two quarters. Senior Night held at last home football game

By Caroline Carter Staff Writer As the football season comes to a close, the Coppell High School seniors find themselves looking ahead at their future. In order to honor the things they have done in the past four years, Senior Night will be held at the football game tonight. Seniors participating in cheerleading, Lariettes, football, band, and color guard will be recognized before the game begins. It will be a very bittersweet time for the students as many memories were made on Buddy Echols Field. The recognition of the seniors will occur before kick-off, roughly around 7:00.

Volleyball senior night results in win

By Seth Slover Staff Writer Seniors Bear Bass, Sarah Arnold, Kristen Dickerson and Kierra Holst could not have asked for a better way to end the regular season of their senior year.  By cruising to a relatively easy victory over Denton Guyer, the volleyball team can now look forward to the playoffs. The night started off with the team running onto the court to warm up to some pre-game music.  The crowd was active and energetic early. Senior shirts have arrived

By Chase Porter Staff Writer The senior shirts that were order a few weeks ago have arrived and can be picked up at all lunches for the rest of the week. The shirts that were picked at the senior meeting feature the words, “Back Off. I’m a senior,” which was one choice out of three presented that seniors designed and then voted on. The shirt could have been purchased in a short sleeve black shirt for 15 dollars or a long sleeved charcoal colored shirt for 25 dollars. Seniors are required to wear these shirts or a shirt of a similar color to their classes panoramic picture which will be sometime in the coming months….

Coppell High School Lacrosse Team hosts Senior Night

Erica Rohde Staff Writer Last Night in our face off against Allen High School, the Coppell High School Lacrosse team hosted their annual senior night in remembrance for the hard work well paid. Starting all seniors, we won the game at 18-8. Seniors such as Tyler Lanids, Nate Ruby, Brandon Mullins, Preston Allison, Alec Lucas, Joe Minden, Griffin Lynch, Danny Herrera, and Chris Roberts were lined up with moms and dads as their accomplishments from throughout their high school Lacrosse career were announced.

The last home game is always a bitter day for senior students because it is an end to a fun and memorable chapter of their lives. Coppell Lacrosse Senior Night

Tonight, the Coppell Lacrosse team is playing against Hillcrest at Coppell Middle School West on the Lesley Field. Tonight’s game is also senior night and all senior players and parents will be recognized. The four seniors on the Varsity team that will be recognized are #10 Hayden Hawk, #27 Kosta Saddington, #31 Payton Porter and #45 Glenn Gomez.
