Sister Hazel comes to Dallas this weekend
By Gaby Moran Staff Writer This Saturday, Dec. 12, the alternative band Sister Hazel is performing at the House of Blues in Dallas. Sister Hazel was created in the early 90′s and have had six top 30 singles over their 10 albums plus one holiday album. The band recently released Release on Aug. 18 this year. Each member contibuted a couple of songs to this album to make it different from the rest. Tickets cost a minimum of $22.50 and can be purchased at ticketmaster.com. The concert will start at 9 p.m. at the House of Blues in Dallas.

As a personal fan of progressive house (his genre) I expected to find what I usually encounter. However, such was not the case. Peter, Bjorn and John to Headline at the House of Blues Next Saturday
By Maddie Walters Staff Member Next Saturday, Nov. 14, Swedish band Peter, Bjorn and John will be headlining at the Dallas House of Blues alongside fellow Swedish band, El Perro Del Mar. Both bands are well known for their genre of “lo-fi twee pop” and released albums earlier this year. While Peter Bjorn and John have been around since 1999, El Perro Del Mar was recently founded by its sole member, Sarah Assbring who since been a part of three separate record labels. O.A.R. is coming back to Dallas for two shows

O.A.R., which stands for Of A Revolution, is a American rock band that debuted in 1996 after the members, Marc Roberge, Chris Culos, Richard On, Benj Gershman and Jerry DePizzo, came together at Ohio State University and started the band.
