The movie received a positive reaction from both critics and people who watched the film. Following the success of the first film, Paramount released Paranormal Activity 2 in 2010, which received mostly mixed reviews. Paranormal Activity 3 will be released this Friday, October 21. The meeting is an informational one, giving prospective students the chance to learn about Academic Decathlon and hear about it from the students themselves, as well as Mr. Dixon. For those who don’t know, or who don’t care enough to find out, Academic Decathlon is comprised of seven subjective categories: math, super quiz, history, art, music, language and literature, and economics. For numerous high school seniors, the prospect of playing college athletics is daunting and highly unlikely. Only a handful of Coppell student athletes each year are lucky and privileged enough to play at one of the highest levels of organized sports in the nation. Senior soccer captain Alyssa Diggs is one of the lucky few who have worked hard enough to earn a scholarship at the next level, which for her will be at the University of Missouri.
