Engineering Expo provides potential possibilities for engineering students

The Coppell School of Engineering hosted the annual Engineering Expo Sunday, Nov. 15. The Engineering Expo is a free event that is put on for high school and middle school students interested in exploring engineering and learning more about not only the classes offered at the high school, but also about the colleges and universities that offer competitive engineering programs and the companies that offer high paying and exciting careers in the engineering field. Engineering Expo to take place this Sunday
By Melissa Brisco Staff Writer Sunday Nov. 15, CHS is hosting a Engineering Expo. The Expo will take place from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. and will be held at the high school. The two speakers that are highlighting the expo are a senior executive of ExxonMobil and Mark Penny a project executive that was involved in the construction of the new Dallas Cowboys stadium in Arlington. In addition to the speakers, 49 different universities will be in attendance along with numerous different companies.
