Pearl Harbor, 70 years later

Many years later, Japan’s attack at Pearl Harbor still draws a great deal of respect and attention on its anniversary. Media coverage will take place throughout the day, with features remembering the 2,400 who lost their lives. Websites like CNN and Fox News have specific features for students interested in learning, remembering and acknowledging Pearl Harbor many years later.
The World is Ending
By Angela Almeida Opinions Editor I am greatly frightened. I go on CNN and hardly see a shortage of stories I’m not quickly clicking to read further on. Let me make a list of the untimely catastrophes that have recently plagued our world. 1. Not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 (give or take a few more) earthquakes in Chile. I am beside myself. Aftershocks here, aftershocks there. What have our fault lines come too? As of now, I’m frightened to venture anywhere outside of a secured, not earthquake-ridden zone. 2.
