With the annual Relay for Life of Coppell rapidly approaching, everyone in the city, even those not participating, are welcome to purchase Luminaria to light the walkway on the night of the event.

Luminaria serve the purpose of representing and honoring loved ones who have battled with or lost the fight with cancer. Coppell High School students and faculty can purchase Luminaria this week during all lunches from the Relay for Life club. The sacs can be decorated, personalized and will light the way to supporting cancer research.

This year’s Relay for Life of Coppell will be held on April 27 beginning at 5 p.m. at Wagon Wheel Park. To sign up a team or purchase a Luminaria online, visit the Relay for Life website.
