Many students have no idea what the CHS band hall looks like, or where it’s even located. The band hall is a “band members only” location due to expensive instruments and equipment that only band students have been taught to care for, not to mention the 350+ students that occupy its capacity. But the band hall today is not the original; when current band director Scott Mason took his position in Coppell the main choir room that is used today was the band hall. The band hall’s shelves hold hundreds of trophies from past CHS band successes and continues to grow along with the program.

- On Saturday, Coppell Arts Center hosts “Alice in Wonderland” presented by Ballet Ensemble of Texas at 3 p.m.
