Coming off two impressive wins to begin the season, the Cowboys host the Jesuit Rangers on Friday night in what is the homecoming game at Coppell High School.

The Cowboys, who have played well in their opening games against Mesquite Horn and Arlington, will face a Rangers team that has started the year with a 1-1 record. The game is a rematch of last year’s game in week 2, in which the Cowboys came out on top 38-17.

Coppell displayed an explosive offense last week against Arlington, winning 42-20 and putting up more than 500 yards of total offense. They will look have a similar offensive output this week in their quest for victory.

The game is the second of the year at Buddy Echols Field in Coppell, and it is scheduled to begin at 7:30.
