As many of you know, next week is CHS’s homecoming week. As is tradition, each day of the week there will be a theme that relates to this year’s overall theme, “Free to Ride Cowboy Pride”.

We’ll be kicking off the week on Tuesday with Super Troopers- CHS Army of One, where students will be encouraged to dress in camo.

Wednesday will be Home of the Brave, which will be a red, white, and blue patriotic-themed day. Additionally, there will be hall and door decorating.

Thursday’s theme is RECONN CHS, where students will be allowed to wear full camo. Thursday night at 6:30 will be the homecoming parade, as well as a tailgate party afterwards, where students and their families are encouraged to come support the school, and join the “Pickin’ and Grinnin’ Cowboy Style” party.

Friday is CHS Spirit Day, and students should wear their red and black homecoming t-shirts. The day will start off with a pep rally, and end with the homecoming football game which will start at 7:30pm.

Homecoming week will conclude with the homecoming dance on Saturday from 7-11pm. The theme will be Party in the USA.
