Conference Tournaments: Big Ten

By Nathan Reck

Number One Seed: Ohio State came out on top after tie breakers decided seeding for the three way tie at the top of the conference between Ohio Sate, Michigan State and Purdue and is the favorite to win the conference title.

Bubble Teams: Minnesota and Illinois both have a shot at making the tournament, but will need to win a few games in the conference tournament to get in. Minnesota is going to need a win over Penn State in the opening round and probably a big win in the second round over the third seed Michigan State. Illinois on the otherhand would have a solid argument to get in with a win over Wisconsin on Friday.

Dark Horse: Northwestern would be the team most likely to make a run at the title. In order to make a run at it they will need some help with Ohio State and possbily Michigan State getting knocked off by other low seeds.
