Dewy’s Team wins flag football crown

A team that started out 1-4 on the season, and arguably shouldn’t have even made the tournament, won four straight games to claim the intramural flag football.
The champion, Dewy’s Team, was able to get into the tournament by virtue of a late non-call against the Derek Anderson’s in the final week of the regular season; video evidence was provided on their behalf.
Dewy’s Team beat the Derek Andersons in the play-in game, then knocked off defending champion Dark Blue. They then had a date with Kryptonite.
That’s when more controversy came about when another came into question, a game-tying extra point was given to Dewy’s Team when the player’s was a yard or more away from the goal line. Nevertheless, the game went into overtime where Dewy’s Team prevailed and moved onto the championship game.
You could have called it a day of upsets — both number one seeds, playing at the same time – see their title hopes dashed. Shortly after Dark Blue went down, Cause of Destruction also fell from grace.
They were beaten by the All Stars, who then defeated The Darkness and advanced to the championship game.
Dewy’s Team took out the All Stars for the intramural flag football crown. For a team that shouldn’t have been in, they sure made the most of their second chance.

This article is terribly written, and is biased on all levels. Not only are the sentences stringy, but I have no clue what is going on during the transition sentences between one team’s story to another team’s story. If anything it isn’t a second chance if their was justifiable evidence for Team Dewy to have further advanced.

…all the teams other than dewy’s team sucked….dewys team tried to be fair sharing the ball and trying to play team defence and playing as a team……fail….thats why they went 1-4 at first but when they got there second chance they were smart and just let there playmakers do the work,CASEY JONES IS AND WAS a MAN during the tournament.he is a beast at football..any team with him should win…add eggo who played amazing his defence was mvp..and you have the champs babyyyyyy
