Now there are more ways than just being hygienically aware to protect you from catching the H1N1 Swine Flu. Haruyama Trading, a Japanese menswear company, is now selling “anti-swine” business suit.
Haruyama Trading claims that this suit reduces the risk of catching the widely spread virus. The wool business suit is covered in titanium dioxide-which, according to Reuters, breaks down the H1N1 virus molecules on contact under ultraviolet light. This chemical is used in various cosmetics and toothpastes.
This suit costs consumers £365 (approximately $580). It is available in four colors and styles: medium gray, charcoal, navy, and a gray pinstripe. Even after multiple washings, the suit retains its protective properties.
